Reassembly

Website rebuilds for small businesses on the North Shore and around Boston

Better inquiries. A website you own.

Many small-business websites get built once and left alone, so they fall out of date while the business moves on. The site probably still has what it needs: the photos, the services, the way you describe your work. Reassembly rebuilds those pieces into a modern site that customers find easier to use and you find easier to run, for far less than a from-scratch build. You own the domain, the hosting account, and the files from the first day. To start, we send you a picture of your homepage, rebuilt, at no charge.

One site, rebuilt

The Kennek Foundation is a nonprofit that puts Trouble the Dog comfort toys in the hands of police, firefighters, and paramedics. Shown here: the page for its annual motorcycle ride fundraiser, before and after. Read how the whole site was rebuilt.

The rebuilt Motorcycle Ride page: a deep purple banner with the date line 12th Annual, Sunday, October 4, 2026, Wilmington, MA, the serif headline The Trouble the Dog Motorcycle Ride, a short description, Register to ride and Become a sponsor buttons, and photos of a motorcycle and the event venue.

The previous Motorcycle Ride page: a purple menu bar, a large logo image, the heading Trouble the Dog Motorcycle Ride in grey capitals, a section titled 11th Annual Ride with a paragraph, an empty video player, and a 10th Annual Ride section below.

What we build

Every build covers the parts of a website that bring in work. We keep what already works on your current site: your wording where it's good, your hours, and your existing links, so search results still find you.

  1. 1.1

    Inquiry and booking forms

The form asks for what you need to quote, book, or answer: the service, the timing, the location, the details. Each request arrives in your email, complete, with the customer's reply address attached.

  2. 1.2

A site that works on phones

Most of your customers find you on a phone. The site is plain, fast HTML with no plugins to update and nothing to break when a vendor changes its terms.

  3. 1.3

    Your work, on display

A gallery of finished jobs, your products, or your space, with your own photos.

  4. 1.4

Custom tools, if you want them

Quote estimators, photo intake, and inquiry triage, built into your site. Any AI service a tool uses is billed directly to you, on your own account. See examples.

  5. 1.5

    Private project sites

A password-protected site for one project, such as a home build, a wedding, or a shared family archive, taken on case by case. See examples.

Sample inquiry An invented landscaping request, for illustration.

Everything is in your name

Many small businesses lose their website when they part ways with the person who built it. The domain sits in someone else's account, and getting it back takes weeks. Reassembly works the other way. You open the accounts, and we work inside them.
